Lost or stolen passport

Contact your embassy/high commission immediately, then report to police for a report reference.

Theft or robbery

Report at the nearest police station; get an OB (Occurrence Book) number for insurance.

Medical emergency

Call Red Cross 1199 or go to a major private hospital ER (Aga Khan, Nairobi Hospital, MP Shah).

Phone stolen

Report to Safaricom to block the line/SIM; file a police report for insurance.

Road accident / breakdown

Move to safety, call 999; on highways note the nearest landmark or km marker.
