How do I get to Nakuru/Naivasha from Nairobi?
By road it's ~1.5 hrs to Naivasha and ~2.5-3 hrs to Nakuru on the A104; frequent matatus and buses run the route. The SGR Phase 2A reaches Suswa/Mai Mahiu (near Naivasha) but there's no SGR station in Nakuru town itself.
